    Scope of Work

    • Vacuum and Mopping of all hard floor areas, dusting to ceiling height in all rooms, cobwebs removed, Windowsills, ledges, skirtings dusted 
    • Kitchen - stovetop, cupboards External and internal including shelving, oven cleaned, range hood, kitchen sink, bench tops, and tiled surfaces cleaned 
    • Wardrobes - Shelving and drawers wiped and dusted 
    • Bathroom cleaned Sanitise toilet bowls, basins, fittings, mirrors and vanities, shower cleaned, exhaust fan covers cleaned (IF shower walls and floors are signs of mold or damage, and it might be necessary to consider re-grouting and re-applying silicone by HANDYMAN)
    • Dry dusting, light fittings (no chandelier - washed and bugs removed, air conditioners/filters dry dusted, door knobs and light switches spot cleaned, ceiling fans 
    • Laundry surfaces wiped clean, 
    • Mirrors - Cleaned and Polished, 
    • Garage, and veranda sweep up 
    • Rubbish and furniture must be cleared out of the property. 


    EXTRA charge applies for removal  


     ADDITIONAL SERVICES 

    • Window cleaning inside/out, including tracks (accessible only)
    • Carpet Cleaning including Pre-Vac, Pre-Spray, and hot water extraction (Stain Removal process doesn't come with guaranteed)
    • Wall - wash including doors (marks and scratches maybe still visible after washed)


     NOTE:  Blinds and curtains are NOT INCLUDED


    END of LEASE CLEAN 

    Depending on the condition of the property
